  Contact our support team via the official portal or email with your order number and clear photos of the watch to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the timepiece in its original Pagani Design box, ensuring all protective films, warranty cards, and manual booklets are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
